I was terrified to buy from this store after reading the reviews, but I REALLY needed a couch and found one online and fell in love with it. So, I reluctantly went to Living Spaces in Roseville and was welcomed by Norberto, the most professional and sweetest guy ever. I had my 3 teenage sons with me who told me that we just MUST buy from Norberto. LOL! They were also very impressed with him. We actually left and went to one other store I had found another couch, just to see the pros and cons. However, we were back to Living Spaces within the hour and bought the couch. We LOVE it! Based on bad reviews, I was also VERY concerned about delivery. Delivery was amazing! Everything went perfectly. I paid for the white glove delivery. The delivery guys showed up on time, even a bit early actually. Were in and out and set up the couch very seamlessly and quickly. Best experience ever! Also, based on bad reviews, I was very nervous about the condition and problems with the couch itself. It is perfect! Everything works! All the pieces are correct. The couch is in pristine condition. Beautiful! High quality! I bought the $3995 Vance Leather Zero Gravity Reclining 6 Piece Sectional. I think this couch is a great value. I did not buy the extended warranty, I never do, so I am hoping for the best. It does come with a 1 year warranty though. Now that I had a great experience with customer service in the store, delivery, and the couch itself, I am perplexed on how there are so many reviews giving Living Spaces a bad rap. I seriously just don't get it. I wrote this review specifically because I almost did not go to this store based on the bad reviews. The only motivation to actually go was because I really loved a couch they were advertising online. I am SO glad that I went anyway, I wanted to share my experience so that others may at least give it a try and not pass on checking it out for yourself based on bad reviews.

The furniture is trendy and at a great price point. I needed a sofa to put in my loft. I didn't want something too expensive but I still wanted it to look nice. The sofa I found online wasn't on display so I asked the staff to show me some sofas that would be similar in material and feel so I could get a gauge. I ended up ordering and was a bit nervous since it was sight unseen. It turned out perfect! It's such a nice looking sofa and really elevates the space. I like how they have plenty of staff but they don't follow or harass you like typical furniture stores. It makes it a lot more comfortable shopping experience. It's a very kid friendly place. They have these cute car strollers. I also love how they have a play gym here. It's huge! 3 and under need a parent in there. Over 4 years of age can be dropped off while parents shopped. This is one of the few places my son doesn't mind me shopping at since he looks forward to the play run.
